THE TRUTH

Anything that isn’t born from telling the Truth will eventually fade away.

When you don’t say what you really feel, when you don’t act in a way congruent with your Truth, you experience dissonance from the life that arises from this.

If you lie to yourself, stay with a career you hate for 20 years, think about the residual discomfort compounded over that time.

Relationships built on commonalities that aren’t truly yours will eventually fade too.

The wasted energy, the lack of self-belief, the effort to hide that which we know DEEP DOWN is the truth.

The Truth does not need covering up, the Truth simply Is.

The more lies told to conceal it, the more lies leech our energy

This can be a web of lies we tell ourselves, or a web of lies that the collective weave on each other in order to conceal a ‘harsh’ truth that we would rather not face…….

Because the Truth simply Is, any energy put towards hiding it is ultimately useless, and we can experience a blessed life and a state of Heaven on earth when we exhibit a complete preference for the Truth.

We Hang out with who we want to

We only do what truly engages and thrills us

We say what we mean, believe and feel

We pursue what is important to us regardless of what we think people will say or think

This transcends us into a higher level of existence where we are honest with everyone around us.

This does not mean to go abuse everyone with our egoic thoughts in the name of ‘truth’ - more so to calmly start living in a congruent way with our inner self.

With love, we can move into a space where our internal state is no longer tormented by the shackles of the lies we tel ourselves and other people.

This has a follow on effect on the people around you, as you are freeing up so much mental energy by doing so - energy that you can now commit to improving yourself or being more patient and loving to those around you.

It is important also to not judge yourself for the truth you internally feel, to not feel like you should feel otherwise.

Now it is certain that telling the truth in this way will lead to some friction with previous relationships or friendships that were built on these lies - know that anything that does not remain after you start telling the truth was never meant to be anyway.
